Mark Thompson,
President
Mark joined the company
in January 1995 and is responsible for the professional services
operations, which includes consulting, programming, and customer
support. From 1995-1997, Mark was Chief Financial Officer and was
responsible for all financial, accounting, and treasury functions.
Prior to joining the Company, Mark was with System Software Associates
from 1994 to 1995, and with I.T.T. Corporation from 1991 to 1993.
Prior to this, he was an Internal Audit Manager with Chrysler Corporation
from 1989 to 1991. Thompson holds a Bachelors of Business Administration
from the University of Iowa, a M.S. in Accounting from the University
of Arizona, and an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix.
Florence DeBello,
Director of Research & Development
Florence joined Friedman
Corporation in 1984 and is responsible for the development and implementation
of Friedman's technology strategy. Throughout her career, Florence
has been involved with the full life cycle of the development process,
including architectural and technical design; implementation; quality
assurance; beta program management; customer implementation including
training, consulting and modifications. Florence brings a strong
background in RPG, Java, and C++ programming, and component-based
architecture knowledge to her pivotal role as technology leader
at Friedman.
Paul Gray, VP of
Sales
Paul has been with the
company since 1996 is responsible for development of all new account
sales in North America and plays a vital role in both sales and
pre-sales activites. Prior to joining the Company, Paul served as
Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Catalyst International,
and during his tenure Paul contributed rapid growth of Catalyst
from $9M to $21M software company. Originally from England, Paul
began his career as a Systems Analyst for Sanyo Corporation in Watford,
England. Paul holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Borehamwood
College in U.K.
Eric
Herrmann, Chief Financial Officer
Eric
joined the company in November 2002 and is responsible for Financial,
Accounting & Treasury functions along with Human Resources and
Internal Operations. From January 2001 to November 2002, Eric was
the CFO for Trapeze Software Inc., an international sister company
owned by the parent Constellation Software Inc., specializing in
transportation scheduling and operational management software for
the public transit sector. Prior to joining CSI, Eric was the CFO
at Gavel & Gown Software, a company which developed case management
software for the legal profession. Eric holds a Chartered Accountancy
degree (Canada), Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University
of Windsor and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree from the University
of Western Ontario.
