Job Description:
We have an immediate opening for a hands-on Programming Manager with 3+ years experience in managing the technical development of new applications, tools, and internal processes in an IBM/WebSphere/Microsoft environment.
Experience & Education:
The successful candidate will have a B.A./B.S. degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field, proven dynamic and innovative leadership skills in an applications development environment, and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle. Knowledge of IBM AS400, SQL, Java, VB, and relational databases is a plus. Responsibilities include utilizing business /technical specifications and detailed project plans to drive multiple development projects to completion within time, budget, and resource constraints. Exceptional communications, organizational, and project management skills round out the qualifications for this exciting position.
