Position - Technical Support Representative
Job Location: Deerfield, IL., USA
Job Category: Customer Support

Job Description:
A successful candidate will be working with clients and company consultants to resolve issues they are reporting with the use of our ERP software applications. These issues can include explaining the correct use of specific applications and reporting specific errors that occur while using the applications.

Job Requirements:
We are looking for someone to join the Customer Support staff in our Deerfield, Illinois office. Candidates must possess:

  • Strong communication
  • Problem solving and analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate patience, flexibility and a strong customer service attitude
  • Must be self-motivated and be able to work as a team member as well as an individual
  • Possess a business background, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, customer order processing or financial applications would be helpful
  • Possess a background with mid-range systems, such as AS/400s, or IBM compatible PCs as well as programming would be helpful but not required.

Prior experience with the Friedman software is not a requirement but is a plus. Education in the use of our software is provided
