iProducts Account Management

The Frontier iProducts suite of application modules have been designed to support an organization’s customer service functions over the Internet. The iProducts modules are fully integrated into the Frontier® ERP system, directly accessing the sales, credit and accounts receivable data already in place for internal customer service use. The iStatus and iCredit modules provide the functionality for your customers to check on the status of sales orders, as well as review open and closed accounts receivable details. The modules are tightly integrated, allowing a customer to quickly toggle between invoice and sales order details with the click of a button. The iMange module allows your customers to directly control and manage the individuals within their organization that they want to provide Internet account access to, as well as the level of information detail they are authorized to see.

Frontier iProducts Account Management Supports:

  • A Java™ based, IBM WebSphere development environment that can be deployed on any standard web server
  • Use of an Application Program Interface (API) layer (iConnect) to leverage a single set of program logic and data, eliminating duplicate maintenance and ensuring consistent results across platforms
  • Secure sign-on and authentication for customers and sales representatives, providing access to only the information you want them to see
  • Customer management of the sign-on and authentication user-ids and passwords for their internal employees that need access to the supported information (iManage)
  • Real-time access to summary and detailed sales order information, including production status for configuration based product orders
  • Real-time access to summary and detailed accounts receivable information, including detailed payment information
  • Sales representative logon that provides visibility to all customer accounts they are authorized to, as well as ability to drill into sales and account details with a single sign-on
  • Integrated hotlinks to toggle between summarized invoice and sales order detail views automatically
  • Seamless integration with the additional iProduct customer service modules from a centralized sign-on to place orders for both stock and configured products
